is seeking an experienced
Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
to lead its line maintenance team on a modern
Embraer E190 fleet . This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-frequency airport environment with short runways and steep approaches, where leadership, precision, and teamwork are key. What You'll Do
Lead a skilled team of Licensed Engineers to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance
Coordinate scheduled and reactive maintenance, defect rectification, and AOG recovery
Promote operational excellence through clear communication and hands-on leadership
Foster a positive team culture focused on reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
CAA Part-66 Category B1 or B1/B2 licence
with minimum 5 years certification experience
At least 1 current aircraft type authorisation
Embraer 190 type rating desirable (type training provided if required)
Valid full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
Ability to hold airport restricted zone access and airside driving permit
Proven experience leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environment
Adaptable, forward-thinking, and committed to mentoring and developing team members
