Job Title: Amazon Brand Manager (Client-Facing) – Remote Contractor (Europe)
Location: Remote - Europe, UK Preferred
Engagement Type: Full-Time Contractor (Freelance / Self-Employed)
About Prime Team Agency:
Prime Team Agency is a boutique Amazon growth agency led by eCommerce experts with over 40 years of combined experience. We work with brands that are ready to scale—and only take on clients when we know we can deliver real results.
Every strategist at Prime Team has run high-volume Amazon campaigns, built their own brands, or led digital performance teams. We combine deep marketplace knowledge with best-in-class tech and strategic execution.
We’re a remote-first team with global reach, but for this role, we’re specifically looking for someone based in Europe (UK preferred) to work closely (remotely) with a UK-based client. If you’re a proactive, experienced Amazon marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, we’d love to meet you.
The Role
We’re hiring a UK-based Amazon Brand Manager (Contractor) to lead strategy and account management for a portfolio of high-growth brands. As the primary client contact, you’ll guide paid media performance, optimize marketplace presence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This is a long-term, full-time freelance engagement with flexibility and autonomy built in. You’ll operate as a key strategic partner, not just an executor.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Client Relationships: Be the trusted lead for client accounts, aligning marketplace strategy with business goals.
- Own Campaign Strategy: Design, execute, and optimise campaigns across Amazon (including DSP), with occasional crossover to platforms like Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Instacart.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with internal teams across analytics, creative, and ad tech to deliver exceptional performance.
- Report & Advise: Provide clear, strategic reporting and insights that help clients grow their brand.
- Innovate: Bring new tools, automation, and best practices to the table to improve campaign outcomes.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising and brand strategy, ideally in an agency or as a freelancer.
- Europe or UK-based and eligible to work as an independent contractor (Ltd company or sole trader).
- Proven ability to lead client-facing strategy and execute campaigns using Amazon Seller Central, DSP, and tools like Quartile or Helium 10.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.
- Bonus: Experience in categories like CPG, electronics, or lifestyle brands.
Why Us
- Remote Flexibility: Work from home with UK business hours preferred.
- Long-Term Partnership: We’re seeking a committed contractor for consistent, ongoing work.
- High-Impact Clients: Work with serious brands where your strategies make a difference.
- Autonomy & Ownership: You’ll have the freedom to lead and deliver—without micromanagement.
- Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values communication, initiative, and professional growth.
Compensation:
- Competitive contractor pay: £45,000–£70,000 annually, depending on experience and scope.
- Monthly invoicing and long-term engagement expected.
