Analytics Manager

Location: Central London (Shaftesbury Avenue), hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary: £65,000 + 10% bonus + theatre ticket discounts + benefits


Join a world-leading live entertainment group as their UK Analytics Manager. In this role, you'll be a key operational lead, managing and mentoring a growing team of three: a BI Developer, a Data Analyst, and a Data Scientist. You'll report to the Director of Analytics and act as the local lead for analytics operations in the UK.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support a team delivering actionable insights across marketing and CRM functions
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating closely with CRM and marketing teams
  • Guide project priorities, career development, and delivery processes within the team
  • Support stakeholder relationships and help define best practices in analytics delivery
  • Contribute to shaping global analytics strategy with a specific focus on UK impact


Tech Stack & Skills:

  • SQL (essential)
  • Python or R (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing analysts or scientists in a commercial environment
  • A relevant technical or quantitative degree
