Analytics Product Manager, 6 months, London/Hybrid, £600-£650/day (Inside IR35)
The Analytics Product Manager plays a central role in enabling the organisation to become data‑driven. The role ensures that the client's data domains and analytics products are clearly defined, prioritised and delivered in a way that supports strategic decision‑making, customer understanding, regulatory compliance and risk management. By shaping and steering the delivery of high‑quality, scalable and reusable analytics products, the role underpins operational effectiveness, strengthens governance and unlocks measurable value from analytics and AI across the client.
This role is accountable for enabling all layers of the analytics product ecosystem, ensuring that data products, information products, knowledge products and decision products are delivered consistently and can be adopted, scaled and reused. This includes supporting the full analytics‑as‑a‑product lifecycle — from shaping ideas, through development and experimentation, to scaling successful solutions with clear outcomes, value tracking and continuous improvement.
Essential skills/ experience:
• Own and prioritise the analytics product backlog for the assigned data domain to maximise value.
• Aligns direction and priorities with leadership through regular prioritisation cycles
• Translate business requirements into clear epics, features and user stories with strong acceptance criteria
• Work with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable data products.
• Engage SMEs to refine requirements and validate outcomes.
• Challenge unclear or non‑scalable requests and guide stakeholders to better solutions.
• Ensure data products support governance, quality, lineage and reusability.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate progress, risks and priorities and proactively resolve blockers.
• Support improved data literacy across the organisation.
• Carry out any reasonable duties aligned to the role.
