I’m working with a BioAI Startup that’s building a next-generation drug design platform spanning small molecules and antibodies.


They’re well-funded, have an extremely credible founding team, already generating revenue, and entering a critical growth phase as they scale their platform and client impact.


We're looking for senior leaders (lead to VP level). You’d be responsible for shaping the computational strategy for either antibody or small molecule design, and leading/working with a cross-functional team of AI researchers, domain specialists, and software engineers.


This isn’t a delivery-only role - it’s about setting direction, making trade-offs, and turning advanced computation into real-world impact.


They’re looking for someone with:

  • A strong computational background applied to drug discovery - State-of-the-art AI (GNNs, Transformers, Generative modelling)
  • Meaningful experience in biologics and/or antibodies (small molecule experience is a plus)
  • A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and putting models into production
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment


London-based (2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary up to £130k DOE + equity
