We are recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in the North West region on a full-time basis, hybrid working, paying up to £27.90 an hour.

Your new role Investigate and resolve ASB cases within a designated area, ensuring a high standard of customer-focused casework. Manage complex ASB cases, including noise nuisance, harassment, vandalism, hate crime and domestic violence, working closely with tenancy support and management teams. Prepare and submit all necessary legal paperwork, including court applications and affidavits. Visit victims, perpetrators and witnesses to gather evidence and take witness statements for legal case preparation. Initiate and represent the organisation in court for injunctions and possession proceedings related to ASB cases. Collaborate with legal professionals when required to support court hearings. Work with community safety partners and agencies to deliver a multi-agency approach to ASB resolution. Respond to complaints and queries from local Councillors relating to Tenancy Enforcement Issues.
