We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Engineering Assessor to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers through Training.

Role Responsibilities
Planning your diary to visit apprentices and employers on site across the West Midlands area.
Assessing the work being completed by the apprentices and tracking this through E-software's.
Being able to manage a caseload of 40-50 apprentices once settled.
Confident in offering support to the apprentices for any 1:1 training you may be offering.
Adhere to the FE standards and regulations in order to achieve best possible pass rates from learners.
Essential Requirements
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive industry experience in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing engineering.
An Assessing qualification (A1, D32,D33,D34, CAVA, TAQA).
Strong communication and organisational skills
Presentable attitude to customer facing positions.
