Affinity Water will give you the help and support you need to succeed.As an apprentice you'll join a recognised training programme, carefully tailored to your development and delivered by leading experts.Youll be working in a real team alongside people with years of solid experience, who will give you day-to-day support and mentorship, helping you to learn the tools and techniques you need to build a rewarding career in the water industry.About our Production TechniciansOur Production Technicians are responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of our water treatment sites, delivering small projects and capital work. Our Production Technicians are highly skilled with responsibility for safeguarding water quality, health and safety, security, and operations across our sites.Our Production Technicians take ownership of their own KPI compliance and site production availability and tidiness.The role supports the Production Lead and the wider Production Team to deliver company and directorate objectives and will be required to travel across various Affinity Water production sites, which may include some remote locations.About the ProgrammeAs an Apprentice Production Technician, you will work with Affinity Water and our approved training provider to meet the key responsibilities of your programme and the wider duties of your role.
