Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Architect specializing in data strategy to lead digital solution architecture for enterprise projects within the public sector.
This is a remote role that must be worked in Canada.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study; 5+ years demonstrated experience leading cross-functional agile product teams, providing architectural direction, and mentoring developers and technical leads.
~8+ years' experience as a data architect, software architect, or senior data engineer, with a focus on collaborative work on software applications.
~5+ years' experience leading solution architecture and establishing the technical vision for large-scale enterprise projects with system integrations.
~4+ years' experience in domain modeling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems.
~3 years' experience aligning data architecture with organizational data strategies and digital service goals.
~3 years' experience applying data governance principles for data quality and compliance.
~4 years' experience with secure development practices, identity, access management, and Zero Trust Architecture.
~2 years' experience embedding data interoperability and standardization in product development.
~5 years' experience transforming legacy systems into modern digital services.
~2 years' experience with containerization, orchestration, infrastructure-as-code for cloud/hybrid environments.
~5 years' experience with relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
~2 years' experience with public sector digital frameworks or enterprise architecture standards.
~4 years' experience using data analytics tools and methodologies for insights.
