Benefits Competitive salary dependent on experience Flexible working arrangements including hybrid and flexible hours Ongoing professional development, including CPD sessions and training opportunities Mentoring and career progression within a supportive team environment Inclusive and collaborative studio culture Regular team social events and activities Wellbeing support initiatives Modern studio environments with excellent transport connections Daily Duties Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team Maintain high design and technical standards while balancing programme and commercial considerations Ideal Candidate Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude To apply, please contact KAZ on 01792365003 OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to
