Salary: £30-38,000

Key Responsibilities

Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning submissions
Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
Coordinate information with external consultants and project stakeholders
Assist in the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
Support project administration and general studio duties
Represent the practice at networking and industry events when required

Candidate Requirements

ARB-registered Architect
Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
Proven experience delivering UK residential projects
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methodologies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience using 3D software such as SketchUp or similar
Solid understanding of the UK planning process
Excellent communication and organisational skills
