Experienced Architect – Hourly Rate (Potential to go FTC/Permanent)

The Role

We are looking for an Experienced Architect to join on a hourly rate until the end of the year, with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed-term contract or permanent position depending on workload and performance.

Key Requirements

Proficiency in Revit .

Strong experience working at RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6 .

Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical packages.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Contract Details

Hourly rate (competitive, dependent on experience).

Contract until end of year, with potential for extension or transition.
