We’re seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join a growing practice, working across a diverse mix of residential and heritage projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team commited to delivering thoughtful and bespoke projects with real character.

The Role

• Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings using ArchiCAD
• Prepare planning, building regulation, and construction drawings
• Coordinate design information with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Support the project team across all RIBA stages
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
• Contribute to problem-solving and design development
• This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a blend of office and home working.

The Person

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on UK-based projects (essential)
• Experience delivering high-end residential, heritage, and listed building projects (desirable)
• Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations (essential)
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is preferred, though not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Confident working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
• A keen eye for detail with a proactive, solution‑driven approach
