This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered architectural practice who offer their expertise to the commercial and residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team based in Bury.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
* Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Relevant degree within Architectural technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience managing projects across various sectors
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Live within a commutable distance to the Bury area
