As

an

Area Healthy

Communities

Manager,

you

will

be

responsible

for

implementing

the H

ealthy

C

ommunities

strategy. You

will

work

with

the

operational

teams to

deliver a range of key programmes such as

;

Exercise Referral, Big Sister, Cardiac Rehab, Falls Prevention

, Move Through Menopause and

Community

O

utreach

.

You

will also support

operations

in scoping,

developin

g

and delivering local projects.

In

addition, you

will

work with partners such as Local Authorities, the

NH

S

and Active Partnerships

to engage more people to be physically active.

You

will

continuously

work towards increasing social value, revenue

generation

and

health outcomes

.? The role will involve working

autonomously

,

problem solving and

influencing senior level colleagues/

partners

.

You

will

be covering the

South

region

,

which

covers

London

and the home counties, as a result you

will

be traveling

regularly

to

our leisure centres and

and

partner

organisations

.

A

ll travel expenses

will
