Key Responsibilities
People & Leadership
Coach and develop site managers to improve leadership capability and operational standards Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development across the region Build a positive, high-performing culture focused on engagement and recognition Ensure teams are fully trained and resourced
Customer Experience
Drive consistently high standards of customer service across all sites Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on coaching Support complaint resolution and initiatives that improve customer loyalty
Commercial Performance
Deliver sales growth through strong execution of promotions and local initiatives Coach managers to exceed targets and identify new opportunities Support business planning and local market strategies
Profitability & Operations
Manage labour, food, and controllable costs to maximise profitability Review KPIs, analyse trends, and implement action plans Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards Lead implementation of new systems and operational improvements
What We're Looking For
Proven multi-site management or area manager experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR Strong people leadership and coaching ability Commercial awareness with experience managing P&L performance Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Results-driven with the ability to influence and motivate teams Full UK driving licence
