Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients
Collaborate with marketing to design effective promotional campaigns
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for continuous improvement
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales leadership role
