The Area Sales Manager will be critical in identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line. You will grow sales within your designated region through working with a combination of existing distributors and installers while developing relationships with new ones.

What you’ll do:

• Drive network growth of key decision makers and specifiers including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists, and contractors.
• Drive results by planning and carrying out proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
• Maintain accurate and efficient opportunity management and development recording using the company CRM system.
• Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and other functions.
• Collaborate with partner colleagues within the Etex business and liaise regularly with other departments including customer services, technical, and marketing.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience within the construction industry in a field-based role.
• A proven history of personal sales account growth while contributing to overall team success.
• A track record of efficient and profitable account management.
• Confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
