A progressive school in Bexley is seeking an ARP Teacher to take a leading role in a developing Additionally Resourced Provision, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs within a structured, well-supported environment.

This ARP sits within an Outstanding two-school trust and is expanding quickly, with the boroughs first SEMH Primary Provision set to double in capacity by the next academic year.

MPS/UPS with SEN Allowance Full-time position starting in Easter or September, continuing for the academic year and beyond Take strategic responsibility for a growing ARP within a mainstream setting Work alongside an experienced Senior Leadership Team committed to inclusive practice Play a central role in the development of a specialist provision shaping local SEMH support ARP Teacher | The Role: Plan and deliver tailored, high-quality lessons for pupils within the ARP Support pupils regulation, behaviour for learning and academic attainment Work in partnership with SENCO, pastoral teams and senior leaders to ensure targeted interventions Contribute to the ongoing growth of the ARP, including curriculum adaptation and provision mapping Champion effective inclusive practice across the wider school community
