Art Teacher – Nottingham (QTS Required)

Location: Nottingham Contract Type: Temp to perm Start Date: Immediately

Pay Rate: £130–£230 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Qualification: QTS required Experience: Minimum 6 months’ teaching experience in a UK secondary school

Overview: Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected secondary school in Nottingham to recruit a dedicated Art Teacher for a full-time position starting April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Art educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at KS4 and potentially Art KS5.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the KS3 & KS4 Art curriculum, with KS5 teaching available if experienced Nottingham.

* Plan, prepare, and assess Art lessons in line with department policy Art

* Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions

* Contribute to department improvement planning Art

* Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents’ evenings as required

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching Art experience in a UK secondary setting

* Is passionate about Business education and student achievement

* Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills

* Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life
