The Role

As an experienced Art Teacher, you will be responsible for: • Delivering dynamic and engaging Art Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students are inspired and challenged. • Designing and implementing a curriculum that encourages creativity and artistic expression while focusing on skills development in drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. • Guiding students through the creative process and offering constructive feedback to help them refine their artistic abilities. • Supporting the development of a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel confident to express themselves through art. • Collaborating with the Art Teacher department to develop effective teaching strategies and resources. • Contributing to extracurricular activities such as school art exhibitions, clubs, and wo...
