Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location: Newport, South Wales

Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover commercial and domestic contracts. You will ideally be based in South Wales or with good access to the region. The role is within a UKAS accredited and privately owned Asbestos Consultancy, who have a good reputation within the industry. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the industry and will have robust technical knowledge. You will be travelling across: Newport, Chepstow, Lydney, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Blackwood, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Abergavenny, Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare, Bridgend, Porthcawl, Neath, Swansea, Barry, Brecon, Mubles, Carmarthen, Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, Ledbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Dursley, Thornbury, Yate, Bristol, Portishead, Bath, Chippenham.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited company

* Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or RSPH equivalents

* Conversant in industry guidelines, including: HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines

* Must have experience working on a variety of client sites

* Good literacy and numeracy skills
