This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy delivering high-quality asbestos services across the North East. They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support ongoing contracts in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 * Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring * Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites * Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports * Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst: * BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications * Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy * Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance * Good IT and report writing skills * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence
