Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 * Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal monitoring * Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites * Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports * Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
