Permanent Accrington, Lancashire £39,000 We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit to a permanent Asbestos Surveyor. The purpose of the role will be to lead and support the delivery of their asbestos compliance service across domestic and non-domestic properties Duties of the Asbestos Surveyor: Liaising with colleagues, contractors and surveyors, ensuring that asbestos-related risks are managed effectively, in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 Conducting asbestos surveys Preparing reports Supporting refurbishment xehkeey projects Reviewing RAMS Providing technical advice Requirements of the Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years asbestos surveying experience
