Asbestos Surveyor

Up to £45,000 OTE + Benefits

We’re working with a growing, independently owned asbestos consultancy that places real emphasis on manageable workloads and high standards of work. They’re expanding their team and are now looking for a P402 or RSPH qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join them to cover a range of interesting projects located predominantly across the South London area.

This is a balanced role with a sensible approach to survey numbers, allowing you the time to focus on producing good-quality work without the pressure of unrealistic targets. You’ll be working on a mix of residential and commercial projects located across London.

Survey volumes are kept realistic, typically no more than four surveys per day and all within the same area. Residential work is limited to private clients only, alongside a varied range of commercial projects.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:

Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across residential and commercial properties

*

Liaise directly with clients on site in a professional and approachable manner

*

Produce clear, accurate survey reports

*

Undertake bulk sampling where required

*

Work in line with HSG 264 guidance

To be considered, you will need:

At least 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying

*

BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification

*

A full UK driving licence

*

Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills

*

Experience using TEAMS or similar reporting software
