As an Aspiring Youth Offending Officer, you will support young people who may be at risk of offending or disengaging from education. You'll work as part of a small, passionate team, delivering targeted interventions and fostering positive relationships that encourage behavioural change, personal development, and educational re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience & Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people in alternative provision, youth work, or similar settings is highly preferred * Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills * A commitment to safeguarding and supporting at-risk youth * Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
