ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE - (Rotating shifts ) 6-2PM & 2 -10PM – Early finish Fridays We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Assembly Operative for a large prestigious Engineering company based in Tamworth. This is a Temporary - Permanent role working Rotating shifts ) 6-2PM & 2 -10PM shifts With allowance Pay £14.65ph Training for the first 2 months will be on DAYS Monday – Thursday -07.00am - 16:00pm & Friday 7.00am – 12.00 Noon pm Pay rate £12.21ph INCREASING TO £13.00PH FROM 1ST APRIL WITH SHIFT ALLOWANCE £15.60PH SALARY £32,402 PER YEAR Flexible working hours needed (weekend & shift working may be required) Key Responsibilities Working on a fast paced production line Assembling and inspecting various parts Using hand and air powered tools Using torque wrenches & Measuring devices Reading and following instructions from drawings & manufacturing specs Identifying any scrap or rejects that do not adhere to standards and specifications Suggesting recommendations to improve quality and H & Safety processes Quality inspect and final visual inspection of all parts Experience Required Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar Assembly and manufacturing environment Must have a keen eye for intricate details for this role You will need to have good communication and written skills Hea...
