We are seeking an Assembly Operator to join our dynamic team.. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling various components in a warehouse environment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Duties Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and drawings. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist in the training of new employees in assembly techniques and safety procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Previous assembly experience is highly desirable, preferably in a warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues.
