About the role As our new Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the value and performance of a portfolio of commercial assets. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans, optimising lease and contract structures, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that each asset achieves its financial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Asset Strategy & Performance The Asset Manager will develop and implement comprehensive asset business plans designed to maximise income, support capital growth, and improve overall efficiency. They will analyse asset performance on an ongoing basis and provide informed recommendations for improvement.
