YOUR IMPACT

The Vintage Platform is Goldman Sachs Asset Management's dedicated secondary investing platform. The Vintage Funds provide liquidity solutions to private market investors and sponsors, representing a flagship of Goldman Sachs' alternatives franchise. Since inception, the Vintage Funds have raised nine globally diversified secondary funds and invested over $80bn across more than 750 secondary transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and conduct due diligence on transactions focusing on private equity secondaries, including valuation, negotiation, and post-investment value-add.
• Evaluate LP secondary transactions and portfolio finance transactions involving lending and structured liquidity solutions.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present opportunities.
• Support regional initiatives and develop domain expertise in key regions or sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5+ years in investing roles (Private Equity, Credit, Secondaries) or advisory roles (Investment Banking, Management Consulting).
• Strong analytical, valuation, and investment judgment skills.
• Knowledge of business model analysis, competitive advantages, and value creation in private equity.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Effective time, people, and project management skills.
