An established automotive business is looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Assistant Manager to support the day to day running of a busy aftersales department.
This is a hands on role suited to someone with a strong background across service operations who enjoys being visible on site, supporting the team and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
The role

Supporting the Aftersales Manager with daily operations
*
Managing service advisors and workshop flow
*
Assisting with KPI performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
*
Handling escalated customer queries and complaints
*
Supporting audit standards, compliance and brand processes
*
Acting as a key link between front of house and workshop
About you
*
Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor
*
Strong customer handling and people management skills
*
Commercially aware with a focus on quality and efficiency
*
Confident working in a fast paced main dealer environment
