Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering an outstanding bar experience. You will support senior management by overseeing bar operations, leading the bar team, and ensuring consistent standards in service, product quality, and guest satisfaction. If you have the following, then we want to hear from you: ? Previous experience as a bar supervisor or assistant bar manager in a high-end bar, restaurant, or private members club ? Extensive and proven experience in mixology, beverage presentation, and high-volume service ? Working knowledge of licensing laws, H&S, Food Hygiene, and Fire Regulations relevant to the bar ? Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and inspire a dynamic bar team ? A creative and innovative approach to cocktails, product offerings, and menu development ?
