About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to support the leadership of a busy branch, oversee daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and help drive sales and performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-person and over the phone, including handling goods when required

Support the Branch Manager in supervising and coordinating the branch team

Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and maintain inventory

Help implement sales targets and performance initiatives

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and organisation

Provide cover for the Branch Manager when needed

Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service standards

Undertake any other duties required to support the smooth running of the branch

Requirements / Skills:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

Strong customer service focus

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

Commercial awareness and good sales ability

Confident and clear communicator

Approachable, reliable, and professional
