Opportunity for an Assistant Estimator to join a long established, cash rich, award-winning Main Contractor who undertake new build and refurbishment projects

The Role
They are looking to recruit an Assistant Estimator who wants to progress to an estimator.
You will be office based in Bury St Edmunds, with travel across East Anglia, Southeast & Midlands for site visits etc.
You will be working for the Groups national clients in the retail and leisure sectors e.g. Tesco, Waitrose, Primark, and Premier Inn.
These projects on the retail side are generally store refurbishment/fit outs along with the leisure projects being extensions and conversions for Premier inn.
Most of their works comes from frameworks they have with the clients, so a large proportion of works is negotiated so it is important to be able to establish long term relationships with clients/consultants and subcontractors/suppliers.

1 years Assistant Estimator experience.
