Were looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy seafood and steak restaurant - St Andrews Bay Clubhouse & Grill here at Fairmont St Andrews. Working alongside our Outlet Manager, youll take the lead on shift, ensuring smooth service, motivated teams and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. What Youll Be Doing Leading the outlet during service, allocating duties and ensuring smooth, efficient operations Delivering exceptional, personalised service and anticipating guest needs Supporting with rota planning, team scheduling and departmental organisation Driving team engagement through training, coaching and sales incentives Managing stock control, ordering and ensuring accurate charging procedures Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all areas Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and care Supervising the setup and flow of service to ensure every table receives a seamless experience Qualifications
