My client is a prestigious and world renowned brand in Ayrshire. They are looking to add an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to their team. This is a career changing opportunity, with defined development and progression.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Support the preparation of forecasting documentation
Review and validate monthly accruals
Process prepaid invoices and allocate monthly distributions
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
Manage and support month-end closing procedures
Prepare monthly payroll analysis reports
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure purchase ledger and general ledger balances are aligned at month-end
What you should have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Capable of analysing and interpreting financial and business information
Skilled in report writing, business correspondence, and procedural documentation
Confident in presenting information to management, clients, and stakeholders
