The right Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager must be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards. The right Assistant General Manager will have a proven track record of driving a business's sales. The Deputy Manager will know and how to work with in a company's set standards and work with company KPIs whether they be financial or operational.
