Ideally looking for a Manger that has also has experience with building wine lists with great knowledge of natural wines and sake. You will have the backing of a highly experienced senior team already in place. This is about more than running shifts - its about creating a destination! Youll bring style, substance and serious hospitality know-how. Youll be confident on the floor, hands-on with your team, and totally focused on guest experience. The person: A proven operator from high-end restaurant, with an eye for quality and detail. Experience with new opening is a bonus A good knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is preferable Wine list development, a plus.
