Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Central London. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and support daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure organizational goals are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating schedules, developing strategies for operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
