Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Central London. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and support daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure organizational goals are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating schedules, developing strategies for operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in managing operations
Leadership and Team Management skills
Attention to detail and ability to identify issues is essential
Strong Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical Thinking abilities
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to oversee Regulatory Compliance and ensure adherence to organizational policies
Proven track record in Strategic Planning and Process Improvement
Relevant experience in the industry would be an asset
