The Empress is an established, independent gastro pub in Hackney. We are looking for a manager that can develop to run the pub as GM within 6 months. As the Empress is 50%/50% food and drink we need a real allrounder You will need to have management experience in a pub or bar but will also need to have proper restaurant/dining room experience. A knowledge of wine & some experience of cocktails would help.
You will be working directly with the owner.
Salary will include a bonus scheme
Can be paid by the hour or on salary
