£350-450 pd I'm supporting a London-based multi-academy trust to appoint an
Interim Assistant Headteacher
for an
Alternative Provision setting . This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone confident operating in a fast-paced, high-challenge environment, supporting pupils with complex behavioural needs. Key experience required: Senior leadership experience (Assistant Head / Deputy Head / Head of School) Background in Alternative Provision, SEMH, SEND or similar settings Strong behaviour leadership and pastoral expertise Confident, resilient and calm under pressure Experience with de-escalation strategies (e.g. Team Teach) highly desirable Comfortable with a teaching commitment alongside leadership duties Why apply: High-impact interim role with real autonomy Opportunity to move to permanent for the right person Supportive leadership team and clear priorities If you're an experienced senior leader open to an
