Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estimating within a specialist contractor setting.

The Role

You’ll support the estimating function across a range of projects, helping to prepare accurate, timely, and competitive tenders. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Quantifying materials and labour requirements Preparing cost estimates and assisting with tender submissions Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations Maintaining internal pricing databases and project records Supporting the commercial team with general pre‑construction duties Requirements for the role:

A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Estimating within a subcontractor environment. Someone with early experience in Estimating or Quantity Surveying. A technically minded individual from a trade or site background looking to move into pre‑construction. You should also have:

Good numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and IT proficiency. A methodical approach and attention to detail
