who enjoys managing people, maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming environment. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the day-to-day operations of a premium residential building Leading, motivating and developing a small on-site team Delivering a high level of
customer service and resident experience Overseeing standards across the building and shared spaces Supporting facilities and maintenance coordination Working alongside a Facilities Technician to ensure
Health & Safety compliance Helping ensure the building runs smoothly, safely and professionally Who This Role Is Perfect For We're particularly keen to speak with candidates currently working in: Retail management (Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor / Department Manager) Hotel or hospitality leadership roles (Duty Manager / Supervisor / Assistant Manager) You'll likely have: At least
1 year of management or supervisory experience A strong background in
customer service and team leadership Experience managing daily operations or running shifts A hands-on leadership style and a proactive mindset Strong organisation and communication skills A positive, energetic approach to work Property experience
