Supporting the General Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the pub
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the front-of-house team
Delivering exceptional guest experiences with warmth and personality
Driving high standards across service, cleanliness, and compliance
Managing stock, rotas, and key operational tasks
Taking ownership during GM absence and confidently running shifts
Building strong relationships with guests and the local community
What were looking for
A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
Someone who leads by example and brings positive energy to every shift
A calm, confident presence who can handle busy service with ease
