The Role: As Assistant Manager, youll support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day. Youll be hands-on, energetic, and passionate about both people and product.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Lead, motivate, and develop the team
Ensure consistently high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
Drive sales and help achieve business targets
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Assist with training, rotas, and stock control
You:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
A passion for great food and exceptional service
Strong leadership and communication skills
