As an Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the store, inspiring and coaching your team, and making sure every guest leaves with an amazing JENKI experience.
What youll do:
Lead by example, bringing positivity, energy, and warmth to every shift
Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, from service flow to stock and reporting
Coach, motivate, and develop your team to deliver their best work
Be a people person who thrives on building strong connections with both team and guests
Ensure drinks and service are consistently top quality, reflecting our high standards
Take ownership of shift management opening, closing, and keeping everything running smoothly
Who you are:
A natural leader who loves working with people and bringing out the best in others
Experienced in hospitality or retail, with strong operational know-how
Friendly, proactive, and always ready to jump in and support the team
Organised, reliable, and able to balance people leadership with operational detail
