M4 Recruitment (Heathrow) are currently recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager on behalf of a well-established roofing builders merchant based in Feltham.
Job Details:
Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Feltham
Salary: £36,000£38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30
Overtime: Occasional Saturday shifts available
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
The Role:
Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
Overseeing warehouse and yard operations t ensure efficiency and safety
Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team
Managing stock control and ensuring product availability
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ensuring high standards of health & safety and compliance
Supporting sales growth and overall branch performance
Requirements:
Previous experience within a builders merchant or roofing supplies environment
Supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
Proactive, reliable, and hands-on management style
