Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dartford (office-based with some home working)

The Role

They are looking to appoint an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team across a range of building services projects. The role will be primarily office-based in Dartford, with some flexibility to work from home once settled.

You'll gain exposure to:

• Assisting with cost control and financial reporting on M&E projects
• Supporting valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Working closely with senior Quantity Surveyors and project teams
• Learning commercial processes from tender stage through to final account
• Developing real, practical skills in a supportive environment

About You

• Degree-qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
• Interest or early experience within M&E / building services is beneficial
• Keen to learn, develop, and build a long-term career
• Comfortable working in an office-based role with some flexibility
• Ideally based within an hour's commute of Dartford
